General Shipping Information

Squish Candies ships online orders to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders the following business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. The US orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

All special orders are shipped within 2 weeks depending on the nature of the order and provided all ordered product is in stock. For special orders please contact Customer Service at justforyou@lovesquish.com or 1-855-731-4555.

US shipments may be subject to taxes and duties at the customers expense.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on total order value, shipping method and the delivery location.

Delivery times do not include processing time (the order generally takes 1 business day to process).

Squish offers several delivery options at checkout for in stock orders:

Standard Delivery ships Expedited Parcel based on the following delivery schedule:

  • Local 1 business day
  • Regional 1 to 3 business days
  • National 2 to 7 business days

Express Delivery ships Xpresspost based on the following delivery schedule:

  • Local next business day
  • Regional next business day
  • National 2 business days

Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centers in Canada. Delivery to non-major urban centers or remote locations in Canada and the US are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post’s Deliver Standards detailed at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards

Saturday delivery is not available for online orders at this time.

Please be advised, regardless of the shipping method chosen, Squish cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.

Delivery Options and Features

All order shipments are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed, and delivery status can be check online at canadapost.ca/track or by clicking on the link provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Canada Post offers Delivery Updates by email for free which updates you on Ship, Exceptions and Delivery at canadapost.ca/track .

Leave at Door*, a delivery attempt will be made at the door. If no one is available and the item fits, it will be left in the addressee’s mail receptacle. If the item does not fit or the mail receptacle is full and there is a safe drop location, the item will be safe dropped. A Safe Drop Card indicating the location of the safe drop will be left in the addressee’s mail receptacle at the time of delivery. If safe drop is not possible, a Delivery Notice Card will be left, and the item will be available for pickup at the designated post office.

Do Not Safe Drop** changes the delivery process for items where a delivery attempt is made at the door. If no one is available to receive the item, a Delivery Notice Card will be left, and the addressee will be able to pick up the item at the designated post office.

Card (Hold) for Pickup** is ideal for shipments during warm temperature months. A Delivery Notice Card will be left for the addressee and the item will be forwarded to the designated post office. The addressee or representative is required to show one valid piece of government-issued photo identification when picking up the item.

Delivery to Post Office* is an innovative delivery option, which allows consumer the choice to have items delivered to a post office of their preference and convenience. Canada Post has an extensive network of secure post office facilities, which makes this option ideal during warm delivery months. An automated email notification is sent to the addressee once the item is delivered to the post office and ready for pickup. Any items not picked up after five days, Canada Post will send a second email and a phone message reminding customers to pick up their candy. The addressee or representative is required to show one valid piece of government-issued photo identification when picking up the item. After 15 days, if the item has not been picked up, it will be returned to Squish.

Signature confirmation is available per request, at checkout, for an extra fee.

Shipping on a Specific Date*: if you would like your order to ship on a specific date, please email or call Customer Service at info@squishcandies.com or 1-855-731-4555.

Verify your Squish Delivery*: Squish asks that you verify your order within 24 hours of receipt. If there is a mistake with your order please contact Customer Service at info@squishcandies.com or 1-855-731-4555 so we can make sure you receive the right candy.

Shipping to Multiple Address*: if you would like to ship to multiple addresses you can place separate online orders for each address or you can contact Customer Service at info@squishcandies.com or 1-855-731-4555 and we would be delighted to assist you in filling your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address*: when an error has been made in the postal delivery address, Canada Post will attempt to correct the error and have the item delivered; in the event that Canada Post is unable to determine the correct delivery address the shipment will be returned to Squish at the customers expense. Please ensure to provide us with accurate shipping information including apartment numbers, floors, suites, units and/or any special delivery instructions particularly when delivering to office buildings, hotels, hospitals or other commercial locations. Squish is not responsible packages misdirected after delivery to the given address.

Canadian Forces Postal Service

Squish offering shipping via The Canadian Forces Postal Service that operates Post Offices in support of Canadian Forces deployments and ships worldwide. To ensure the proper addressing of your shipment please contact Customer Service to fulfill your order at info@squishcandies.com or 1-855-731-4555. All parcels sent overseas must include an International Customs Declaration form (CP72), which Squish will assist you in generating.

International Shipping: * Squish is happy to ship to international destinations via Canada Post’s Tracked Packet, Xpresspost International and Priority Worldwide services. To place an international order please contact Customer Service at info@squishcandies.com or 1-855-731-4555 and we would be delighted to assist you in filling your order.

Warm Weather Shipping

Squish recommends that during warm weather months customers chose Express or Overnight shipping as candy can melt when exposed to hot temperatures. Squish does not ship Standard delivery when packages have to be transported over the weekend due to increased melting risks.

During extreme heat, temperatures at or above 30 degrees Celsius or 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Squish might utilize insulation and ice packs to ensure our candy arrives un-melted. A Customer Service representative may contact you if we deem your order susceptible to melting to discuss the best shipping options. No additional shipping charges will be applied to your order or credit card without your approval.
